Environmental Spray Painting
Controlled spray booths for polyurethane, nitrocellulose, or lacquer finishes. Available in high-gloss, satin, burst, or custom OEM color schemes.

Neck Jointing & Fitting
Precise neck-to-body joint alignment (bolt-on, set-neck, or neck-through) maintaining string scale length, alignment, and maximum acoustic sustain.
Step 06
Precision Electronics & Hardware Assembly
Installation of humbucker/single-coil pickups, tuning pegs, bridges, control pots, and custom harness wiring by experienced technicians.

Playability & Frequency Testing
Every unit undergoes 100% inspection for neck relief, truss rod adjustment, fret levelling, action height, intonation tuning, and electronic checks.
